Been in this whole 'prepping' scene for a while now - or at least the mindset. Got started watching Doomsday preppers (rolls eyes) and it all went from there. Looking back they're certainly not the kind of preppers I think any of you are (or should be).
Have always been into self-sufficiency as is my father and we still exchange tips from time-to-time. I have converted him to the prepping mindset
and we have spent countless hours discussing various scenarios and how we will handle them. It's great to bounce ideas off each other with him during holidays etc. Am lucky enough to live in a rural-ish area (Woburn area in Bedfordshire) not too far away from close family members.See you all around the forum
