Hey all!,
I have been visiting this site for ages and I have probably learnt the most here than I have anywhere else on-line.
I absolutely love prepping and was pretty much ready to most things, and then I moved. Not only now do I need to think about myself I also need to consider my not very outdoorsy girlfriend and her 3 young and very anti-walking anti most things children (as lovely as they are).
Any tips on where I should start when prepping for young children (9, 8 and 5)? I want to start with the basics, loss of power, gas, housebound etc. Then expand into the potentially less likely collapse of society etc. Any ideas would be great, I am definitely new to the whole kids thing, prepping and every day lol.
Thanks!!

Welcome to the forum Zorb01. I reckon with three young children you start with extra food supplies.

Re: Hello from Cornwall
Welcome.
Cornwall is a great place to convince the kids that they like the outdoors lifestyle, the more you can get them to enjoy being outside, the less it affects you if you need to have an impromptu BBQ.
Start them off with the beach on a sunny day, then you can step it up as they get more comfortable.
The more fun you can make it, the quicker they'll come around.

Hello and welcome. As has been said extra food is a good start for the kids. How about stocking up on some kiddy meds for the upcoming winter some extra calpol cough medicine vicks etc.

hello and welcome to our on line community. Food and water are a good start in my book.
