Introduction

Post by nigelant »

Hi Preppers, My name is Nigel and I am based in Cornwall on the Lizard, so if anyone lives nearby then get in touch. I work in the financial service industry, which pays the bills - sometimes! I have kept an emergency "Nuke Box" for the last ten years, just in case and have always been the butt of many family jokes. Funny how many questions were asked when nasty viruses started erupting around the world! I have always had a hankering to establish a preppers centre for true preppers and for general educational purposes - getting towards 60 now so it had better be soon.

Thanks everyone for the welcome. I now know that this forum is active! In reply to Vespa, a "true Prepper", apart from the obvious need of being prepared in skills, equipment, supplies and logical plans, must have established an integrated network of like-minded people that have the ability to rebuild a sustainable community.

Hi Nigel, good to see a fellow Kernow dweller. Look forward to hearing more about your plans.
