Have you heard that there are some indications in studies that a extreme low carb diet can make bipolars more stabile? I can try and locate the study I read if you want to.

Im on a relatively low carb diet already, cos carbs give me stomach problems. I have to be careful what i eat, i only eat things like brown rice, pasta and bread, i have to eat slow releasing carbs.

Eating brown rice, bread etc wont get you into the ketogenic zone, some people starve themselves for a few days just to jump start the ketosis. If you decide to try the extreme variety, do so under supervision of your doctor and with the help of an qualified nutritional expert.

Omeprizole for acid reflux, i certainly know when ive not taken one, it does bother me to think of not being able to get them.
