Thanks for the welcome! I guess i've sort of unconsciously prepped my whole life- remember my grandfather telling me to always hope for the best but prepare for the worst, he lives out in the sticks in scotland and regularly gets snowed in/roads flooded out etc and has piles of supplies about the place. Always made sense to me so always kept a cupboard full of long life food and plenty of stored water. Only got serious and consciously started prepping about two years ago with the birth of my first child, made me think. I guess it's instinctive Got quite a collection going now... how bout you guys?
