I had the LG G2 and I'd have another in a heartbeat - removable battery, expandable memory.
You must have had a different model dangerman you sure you are not thinking of the G3/4 ,,,, not a removable battery on the G2 or expandable memory (got it on the £150 vodafone deal last year)
LGG2

MEMORY Card slot No
Internal 16/32 GB, 2 GB RAM
BATTERY Non-removable Li-Po 3000 mAh battery
Duh! No, I remember now, you're right. It's just the G3 I had that could do that. To be honest, I never used to check, I'd just buy whatever phone took my fancy. Some phones I've had would do it, others didn't, like the HTC One or the G2. But now I've learned that those two features are often deliberately removed by manufacturers because it makes them more money in the long run.
Expandable memory allows me to stash spare cards in my wallet with extra videos and music (and important files) on them. The one I have in my wallet now is a 64gb and has 32gb of entertainment. If I need to take extra photos or video, I can delete what's on there to free up space. The card cost me about £12 and I can use it in my GoPro. If you want to buy a 64gb iPhone rather than the 16gb it'll cost £80 extra.
Once the battery goes bad on a fixed battery phone a majority of people won't bother, or won't know how to fix it, so will just chuck it away and buy another. With a replaceable battery you never have to worry.
Yep had 2 batteries with my last phone and prefer that , but to be fair I reckon the G2 would give those 2 batteries a run for their money , if I dont use it all morning its not surprising to see it still with 99% battery at lunch

... its the first smartphone I have had that I can safely use all the stuff on it all day long and not worry about it dying on me
I use the cloud all the time with mine so dont notice the lack of removable storage much, but did get caught out the other week when I had no signal sitting in a waiting room for 45 mins and could not access Amazon to download a book to read..lol ,,, so again would prefer a card slot
But it came up on hot deals for £150 ( at the time they were twice that) so snapped it up ....... another great feature that all phones should have is the double tap on screen to open/close, so much easier than a button............
