I've bought a couple of times from the Preppers Shop just before Christmas.

Very prompt service and delivery.

They had run out of one of the items so Lincoln (the guy who runs the shop) offered to replace with a much more expensive alternative at no extra charge - very happy with that

I've ordered from these guys several times.

My only criticism is that on all my orders I've chosen next day delivery and paid the extra fiver, but my items have still turned up after 5 days.. Not next day delivery.

I have used them to buy a number of Yugoslavian gas masks over 2 orders, I can only fault them on one thing.
That single fault was that I emailed them to request a specific number of medium and small sizes which came back different than requested.
The problem was not that great as the small are large enough for us to jiggle family members heads into and the seals work perfectly.
However, they do have a facebook account and seem quick enough to respond to questions or general posts on their FB page.
If you use facebook then just put Prepper shop in your FB serach bar and it should come up.
I shall use them again.

Had a number of issues over Christmas and should have complained and pursued these further; but I had more pressing things going on at the time. Will avoid them personally but they do contact back. Also their site leaves a lot to be desired.
