Hello, I've been lurking for a while now, on here & the previous forum.
About me? Well, the clue is in the name, yes I'm a CityGirl, but If it's one thing I have in my favour it's that I'm pretty street-wise. Your senses have to be pretty tuned in when you're living in the big smoke!
How did I get into prepping? My son was the first one to introduce me to things that I really didn't have a clue about at the time, that was around 4 years ago. I started to do my own research, watched some deep videos. Came to my own conclusions. The world is doomed!
Wasn't sure how to wake up my close friends, and ended up by introducing them to cveitch channel on youtube. He's got a humorous way with words, especially his Love Police / Everything Is Ok vids.
I'm fairly new to prepping, but I'm making progress!
One last thing - although I'm a CityGirl, I spent quite a lot of my youth on a farm and I can ride horses extremely well.
