Hello!

Post by 3nergy »

Hello!

I found the forum while researching a Wind Turbine we have had some dealings with and thought I should say hello as there were a few topics we have experience with, and also some we have a keen interest in.

We have the following experience\knowledge to offer.

1. We design, make and sell off grid Solar kits, shortly to include wind power.
2. Extensive experience in IT Systems current and past.
3. Good knowledge of Radio Comms and electronics albeit from a few years ago.

I have read some posts and it looks like a great resource of information, good to see there are some people in the UK ready to deal with the unexpected!!..

Cheers!

Hello and welcome to our community. While we extend a warm welcome to you, it's only fair to state that we don't allow commercial advertising - at least, not without prior approval of the mods. :) Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our forum, I am sure you can add value to our discussions as a lot of our member are very interested in solar and other forms of natural power but please, no plugging your wares. :)

Thanks for the welcome :) , not here to advertise lol, unfortunately certain corporations get the £££'s for that. :)

I have been surprised though over the years how few systems we spec up for power outage scenarios for people, or even advice requested....

As an electronics engineer with ~20 years IT Experience a keen interest in this field is mesh networks for decentralised comms..

Anyway, Cheers for now! ;D

Welcome to the forum!

Since you're into solar (and its popular round here) why don't you describe what you're prepping for, and your domestic preps, without advertising, as itsy says :)

So he is, never checked that until it you just mentioned it, guess he will be banned soon then

It's a shame when a forum is so short sighted that someone being honest enough to register in there business name like the guy with the antennas did is banned for it when they could have a wealth of knowledge to share on a particular subject

Whilst I understand the forum doesn't allow advertising, if all a poster is doing is sharing knowledge and contributing then surely the honesty of using a business name lets everyone see who they are and make there own decisions as to whether to visit that persons website and buy from them or not

If they are doing it purely for commercial reasons rather than a genuine interest in sharing knowledge then they will go soon enough anyway if nothing is gained from posting but we may all learn something we didn't know from said posts in the meantime and any extra knowledge that we didn't have before may one day be useful

For the final time of explanation....

Joining the site to sell your wares/advertise your company without prior consent of the Forum owner is firstly against Forum Rules and secondly downright rude.

Continuing to argue the point does not change the fact that no attempt was made to contact the Forum owner or a Moderator.

The Moderators are at the moment discussing the OP.

We do have lives away from the Forum.
