I've not used that brand before but I do use a skimmed milk powder for my bread machine baking and it's fine. Not sure I would want it in coffee as it does have a bit if a pong to it when in the container. Not a brand snob though and have used Marvel, co-op own brand and sainsburys own brand before and all are fine in baking uses.
I would give it a try before stocking up with it just in case you hate the taste!
