An energy hub http://www.freeplayenergy.com/freeplay-energy-hubs - might not be so good for the UK climate. Looks like it can be AC charged though.

No idea what they're like but IMO Freeplay improved battery life with the last version of their Indigo lantern (yellow).

Anyway, I've just opted for Energizer's Fusion lanterns http://www.energizer.com/flashlights-li ... ed-lantern which I picked up for under £12 at Sainsbury's, so I'll be unlikely to buy either of these new Freeplay products!

Wonder what it costs

My diy rig has the same size battery but a much bigger solar panel :)
