Don't know if he'll be back, I think I annoyed him, but the group he's part of is called ground zero preppers so you should be able to find them that way.
Please be warned that someone else on here mentioned that their website throws up a security warning, could be nothing, plenty of false alarms about, but I would say it's a wise move to make sure your anti malware suite is up to date before visiting.
