Hi there everyone,

I've been a member on this sight since 2011 but for some inexplicable reason a few days ago I found myself unable to log in It seemed to be telling me that I don't exist Well, having looked in the mirror I can confirm I'm still here

Has anyone any thoughts on what might have happened? (apart from the more obvious "Alien abduction" of course )

I hope to remake acquaintances again soon. I've strapped myself to my chair and am wearing a tinfoil hat, so hopefully I'll be safe now!!

Just to note, unused user accounts will be automatically purged if they remain inactive. These settings are as follows:

Posts will be kept of any removed user account

Any user account which is deactivated by me will automatically be removed after 4 weeks

If a user has created an account, activated their account but not logged on for 8 weeks since sign-up they will be removed

If a user hasn't logged on for 6 months, they will be removed

If a user has logged on, but not posted in 9 months they will be removed.

Please note, all the above actions are automatic and happen daily.

Thanks Yorkshire Andy for pointing out that scoobie missive. So, it appears I was "automatically purged" because I remained "inactive"
That explains the rumblings in my nether regions a few days ago!!
I think I must increase my emergency stock of Loperamide Hydrochloride capsules!

To my recollection, if you don't log in for a certain amount of time then you can't if/when you try to again. Can't confirm that 100 percent without checking with Scoobie, but I do think that's the case.
