Decent option for a smaller lighter bob...looks well made for the money toosethorly wrote:I use this https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lixada-Portabl ... xada+stove woodburner. If you wanted something ultra light you may want to consider it. You need to tend to it pretty much constantly while it's doing its business, as the fire is so small and eats fuel quickly.

Re: Radio, I've got a Duronic Solar/Crank/USB that weighes under 7oz that should be around your price bracket. This is pretty much it
Twig burner, hobo stove, fire pot.... All basically the same, a container (that may or may not pack down) to hold any small combustibles available.
The beloved Swedish army mess kit has a steel wind shield/pot-stand that can do double duty as a twig burner (I remember reading somewhere that the translation of the squaddies name for it is 'Filth Bucket' )
Those wood gasifiers like Yorkshire posted are even better as you get more heat for the fuel, you 'pay' for it by them being heavier. They're double skinned and use some form of black magic (or science ) to totally consume the fuel (side effect of that is the reduced Trace)
