OPINIONS ON MY THOUGHTS PLEASE

Hi all, new to the forum.

Here is my thought process...
Basically I have a large old empty koi karp pond, very thick walls of reinforced concrete and slightly under ground. I'm thinking this could be an ideal foundation for a fallout shelter etc? The main construction would be entry and exit points with a strong ceiling/roof, probably concrete. Along with buying all the other odds and sods, would probably have an air pump etc installed etc. Thinking of buying some chemical suits at the correct standard aswell. How's this sounding?

If you have the time and the money to construct and stock the thing I say go for it.

Opsec will be out the window and the builders/neighbours will all be wanting a place when TSHTF.

To be honest it sounds a bit like you're jumping in at the deep end, how big is this pond? What I'm saying other than what Deeps said Welcome to the forum, what are you prepping for ? Is this must be your worst case scenario and surely if a bunker is your top priority in the here and now, surely you must have extensive stocks for less TEOTWAWKI scenarios already, my favourite question is, How long can you feed one end and wipe the other for? As the only driver in a family of 5 my first priority has always been to make sure we don't have to panic if I suffer an injury, or Aldis runs out of our favourite bog roll
