wood pigeon yeah we have a local supplier of cumbrian game nearby. Ive eaten allsorts its very lean meat and not pumped full of rubbish like supermarket meat.

Yes I've had pigeon, is lovely but very fiddly to do. And all kinds of game + venison and even goat & horse in France.

I like venison sausages!

The bird was already dead, it was being "Crowned" The title of the thread has been clearly marked "Caution, graphic images" it has somehow moved from sheep prep to other animals/creatures, I wonder how that happened
