i am looking for patterns for knitting socks.
can anyone please recommend a link

Well, there is this one -if you can get past the knitted swimsuit without hysterics, it's the third pattern down!

This is a basic pattern aimed at beginners but produces ok socks, and gives you 4ply, DK, & Aran in one -

And other than that I get all my patterns on Ravelry.I knit a lot of socks
EDITED- to say the top pattern, the wartime one, produces a very slim fitting elegant neat sock, that's why I use it , my OH likes the socks from that one because they are slim and not bulky.
