Picked up five moor grow bags and a very large bag of compost plus four new large planters.
several more packs of seed are going in tomorrow.
I live in a rented house with a concrete garden so everything is in planters at least when I move they all can come with me to the next house or on the trailer to my BOL.
loads of veg planted, about 40 tomato plants 6 cucumber potatoes and shed loads of onions and greens, having a trial grow this year with some corn. Stocked up on about 60 Kilner jars for canning, just imported a new pressure canner. started to stock up on water, got about 50lts so far
Next couple of weeks I will put in some more tatties in bags instead of rows this time, and some more onions and leeks. Wonder if I'm too late to do chives from seed ? I put some in already but too early and the frost must've got them.
Also got a notebook and writing down recipes in a better order - currently mine are all on wee scrappy bits of paper.
Trying to recover from jetlag by putting up my new shed.....it isn't working.
Garage was getting too full with preps and the motorbike, and the little shed is getting turned into a soundproof generator shed. Seriously needed more space to get my preps better organised, MrsCC was starting to complain about the "junk" hanging round the house
I keep telling her that one day she will thank me for all the "junk"

Sounds like an ideal opportunity for a photo tutorial
I can do, its a ebay parts jobby so people might find it hard finding the gas turbine engine I'm using, although if you can their burn a very wide range of fuels.
