The easiest way for this recipe is the measuring cups from asda or other supermarkets, 1 cup is about 250 ml size, you can use big mugs but it is better to be more exact with the measure cups.
This stores for 3 months
1/3 cup baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
9 cups flour
2 cups trex
1 teaspoon cream tartar
1 1/2 cups marvel
sift together and rub in trex
when it looks like breadcrubs it can be stored in an airtight container.
To make up add water and roll out dough then cut with bicuit or cookie cutters.
Raisins can also be added to the crumbs for a scone like cookie just roll it a bit thicker.

If you store the ingredients seperately and have one or two made up then you can have a supply for up to 12 months, i usually have a big one made up and the ingredients ready for another ready, that way you can get a whole winters biscuits from it.
