Hi

Looked into this quickly. Looks interesting - thoughts?

Could be a good 30 day alt supply?

Any biscuits in particular or are you talking about general "high Energy" ones ?

I keep meaning to get a few to put in the B.O.B so you can eat on the move or if its not safe or convenient to cook etc

They are the ones...8 euros for a days worth of no cook / easy to carry and eat calories sounds ok for BOB, and maybe a few with home stash for massive energy hit...

I did see some recipes for home made ones - will try and dig out a link

Cheers

I carry a couple of high-energy sports bars in my EDC, just to get me home. I think I bought them in Black's or somewhere. Haven't actually eaten any of them yet (bad, I know).

hobo - sorry if its 'off-topic' but how do you find conserva seeing as they are in Germany - are shipping costs to UK reasonable? as I like alot of stuff on their website....
