Hello.... again

I used to be a member of these forums a good few years ago now, but I think my 'membership' expired because I didn't log in for an X amount of time (was that a thing back then?). I'm pretty sure I was using a different username at the time (could have been 'aelara' - can't remember now).

Anyhow, it's amazing what a little world crisis can do for concentrating the mind, so here I am again, lol.

I have always been interested in 'being prepared'. And thanks to my previous stint here I thought I had been before the 'virus' hit. I always have (literally) dozens of tins of canned food 'for emergencies', always have a plentiful supply of batteries, always have a first aid kit and painkillers, a wind-up radio, etc., etc.

However, I was caught out this time round with a lack of toilet paper, antibacterial wipes/cleaning supplies, soap, and the like. Needless to say, this will NEVER happen again. I hope my occasional forays into this forum going forward will concentrate my mind.
