Brand new to prepping looking to get food safe storage containers various sizes going up to 25 litre
Have sussed the oxygen absorbers and mylar bags and vacuumed sealer.
But any info and help would be appreciated

Try your local Indian / Chinese takeaways. Indian restaurants usually get ghee in buckets for example like this

Welcome to the forum.
I'd suggest smaller 5 or 10 litre ones. You'll need more of them, but they will make stock rotation and simply moving your stuff FAR easier. If you must use big buckets, have smaller bagged parcels inside.
Get a few indelible pens for date labelling your vac bags and tins. Stash what you are familiar with or get familiar with what you stash.

Where is best to get these food safe containers in fact if they are in mylar sealed bags do they even need to be food safe
