At the moment I'm more of a low-level everyday prepper i.e. ensuring I have double what I need food-wise and toiletry-wise so I never go down to zero if stock runs low. It's how I was unaffected by the loo roll and pasta shortages earlier this year.
I have also completed an accredited online course on resiliency, which opened my eyes to the realities of everyday prepping, such as simple things like the need for copies of key documents, knowing what to do in a terrorist incident (run, hide, tell), and making sure you have a fire extinguisher in the kitchen.
My partner is onboard, which is a blessing, and I'm progressing slowly but surely through all the basics, I think the next step will be kitting out a Grab Bag.
Thanks for having me!
