I found Rogers Wholesale there is one in Manchester area and several others around the UK just google the name to find... But loads of stuff you can buy inm bulk that may be past sell by but will be fine for years and years... remember there is only a small % drop off in quality not harmful.

Anybody actually been as the reviews on Google seem mixed to say the least .
Bilston would be my nearest and that's over 100 miles round trip so it would have to be worth it.

Not been myself and Bilston is my nearest. I've followed them on facebook and thus see the videos they post. The one today seems to be mostly crisps and drinks they are advertising. We've got a different shop with a similar set up called Bag a Bargain closer to us in Cannock Staffs . Decent prices if a somewhat limited range. Last time i went we brought detergent , some tinned tuna , beef jerky and a cordless drill battery.
