Welcome to the forum! Building and fixing mountain bikes sounds great! Lots of tech knowledge adaptable to other things too, I should imagine. Do you enjoy the riding too? Very liberating

Built a few bikes in the past my knowledge stopped about the time of hollowtech 2 and hope mono m4's .. family / work took over my free time
never understood the need to use Integrated bearings bar writing frames off much more often
