Good basic book, especially for those starting out in their prepardness journey. Written by an american so in places not relevent to the UK (although she does mention the 2007 floods) but most things could be adapted to fit UK scenarios.
I would reccomend for anybody interested in how to be self-sufficient when the unexpected happens!
