hospital bag is now high on my list, never thought i would ever need one until last friday evening when i suffered two heart attacks, wife got me to local hospital in time but i was then transfered straight away to glan clwyd hospital with only the clothes i was wearing,so didnt have anything with me until the saturday afternoon, abit of a scary time if im honest,im on the mend now physically but it has taken its toll abit on my mental state and being only 47,smoking is over im done with that from now on and got to realise im not 18 anymore and stop carrying large and heavy objects on my own but at the end of the day im still here thank god

Health is a prep Rusty..... Especially now you've had a wake up call.
I'm glad you came through in the end.
