That was my thinking too. More small powerbanks required to make the best use of them.

Indeed it does. I have a solar panel now that charges batteries and power banks- very successfully actually. We have a supply of battery banks that would keep us lit for at least a week.

Added one of these to the pile of lanterns.. it's a lamp / power bank and solar charger all in one ..
I doubt the solar panel is much cop but on mains it did take 3000mah to charge so guessing the battery is something like what they say....
