Yes it will plug in to a 12v socket. Not sure on the charging time from this though. Pointless for me as I drive an ev

As an ev driver I have to say I would be pretty hacked off if I saw someone using a public charger to charge up a power station I have to wait for them on long journeys as it is.

I get hacked off because EV drivers get cheaper electricity tariffs! Don’t see that happening to petrol and diesel prices.
