Aye the Esse's are lovely but three grand!! Again I think these Polish ones look class as you can cook on them om top and they heat the radiators/water at a fraction of the price, do you think they look crap?!

they are OK for the money but look a bit "tinny", the ESSE is solid and will last a lifetime-i suppose "you pays your money and you takes your chance"!

The Ozpig and the Frontier stoves are very good for what they do, even if it is for a short term main use. ShelterBox have been supplying frontier stoves in their boxes for a while now, great bit of kit for basecamp, tipi, etc. Cant see why it cant be used as a main stove (two together would be good me thinks?)

As you say, two would be great. I'm really struggling on a solution for venting this properly for temporary indoor use in a house without a chimney. Not finding much info of use in my initial searches on the web.

But I also want a Frontier Stove too as one stove to me isnt enough for backup but am really worried about the fumes as carbon monoxide is deadly and I really want to use indoors
Ive seen on some camping forums long debates about how to construct flues, sorry as a woman this is too techie for me! Wish there was an easier solution!

Yes that's what i want to do and that is also my concern. I've looked around for info on how to use the frontier or something like it inside and found nothing. Seems it is only you and me that think this would be a useful way to cook and heat if the lights go out (and the gas goes off!)!
I'm a bloke and finding a chimney solution seems a bit too tecky for me too. The trouble i think is temporary solution, one that you can put in place as and when you want to use it. A permanent chimney solution isn't such an issue. It's a bugger!
