When I got the book though I could see why he was so excited, the basic premise is how to get fit without gyms or expensive equipment. Just basic exercises you could do even if you happened to be being held in solitary confinement. You’ve also got a really good chapter on diet and nutrition and even one entitled ‘solitary organ’...
