But I was doing all of this way before I was into prepping really - it's just good sense, surely? However, since that numpty got put in prison a couple of years ago for taking Tramadol and Naproxen to her fella in Egypt, I also now check to see what medications are not allowed.
Yup, CBD is frowned upon in a lot of Muslim countries for example.

It’s the pain relief part of cannabis. It’s classified as a food supplement in the U.K. but as it part of the cannabis plant, well I wouldn’t be taking it to Dubai.

The other part is THC. That’s the stuff that makes you listen to Carlos Santana and eat the fridge according to a relative I have.

If only our politicians agreed
NO politics.

My wife has to deal with children of druggies. Not good. If foreign countries have an issue about Brits on illegal drugs, then fair play to them.

All I will say with regards to that is that the issue is not as black and white as folk think.

I’ve been a MH, homelessness and drug and alcohol rehab worker for over 30 years. Drugs which have been misused and are illegal, can be used in certain situations for other things like PTSD.

Back on track, be aware of cultural differences when abroad as well. Behaviours which are normal in this country can be frowned upon elsewhere. My wife works in Sri Lanka and India, Sri Lanka is generally okay but she has to be aware of her surroundings in India and tends to only visit places with her Indian colleagues. No fault of her own, but she’s had a few racist experiences over there and I hate to think what would have happened if she had been on her own.

CBD oil is good stuff. I have a lot of friends who use it for menopause symptoms and they say it's changed their lives.
