Pressure canner

To preppers that would like to can, but can't afford to order from the US (me), I found a pressure cooker that is large enough to can quarts in, it's called Hawkins 22 Litre Big Boy Aluminium Pressure Cooker, and it can be found at Amazon.co.uk.

I was soooo happy at finding it, I mentioned it to my boss, I usually never mention my prepping. He said he would bring back an AA pressure canner for me in December if I order it and get it sent to his brother in the US. Roll on December, meat stews and soups will be added to my preps soon. Now all I need is the $ to drop a bit.

I've been wanting a pressure canner for yonks. Can't justify the postage costs though. Happy Canning!

I have got carried away recently. Pickling and preserving. I think I know something I don't know yet!
