Lose weight as the bmi chart says I'm massive ...does it take into account muscle ? But the bmi is obv right..Cholesterol should be lower so stop eating everything..do more exercise and learn to live more healthily
I think I do what I can ...

OMG, that mistaken diagnosis via BMI is so well known! Kudos for not jumping down your phone and yelling at them

I used to be friendly with a former TV Gladiator. Not a ounce of fat on her. Just muscle. But her GP told her that her BMI made her obese too. She was not impressed.

I've lost an Anker powerbank I paid £90 for not six months ago. I took it to a market and it must have got lost in the pack down somewhere. Gutted. It's gone back up to £140 now too.

Ouch :( that's bad. And the whole point of them is that you take them out to places :( I only have one powerbank, and its a small one at that. If this happened to me, I'd be in trouble. Okay, after renewing the home and contents insurance, and emailing my bank, that goes at the top of the list.

The BMI chart is considered outdated by a lot of medical professionals. It doesn’t account for muscle mass nor body frame but can be useful and a base point.

I’ve been classed as obese by this chart but at the time I could run half marathons and regularly climbed munroes with ease.Everyone is different and a competent Dr will take all factors in to consideration to determine someone health and lifetstyle.
