6 litres, I'm on my own so that's all I need.

Once filtered, decant into water bottles and place in fridge. Refill Berkefeild and repeat.
Two is one and one is none, but three is even better.

They (work) must pay you too much

I bought some sov’s a few years back they’ve more than doubled in price, the way things are
I don’t think the price will ever drop.

But it’s the best way to shield your savings without anyone ( or government) knowing about it,
and if no one knows they can’t take it from you.

I saw what they were going to do to my Fathers savings and property until it reached £27000 ( a loss of £293000). Luckily (or unluckily depending on your outlook) the bureaucracy minefield of local Government meant by the time the paperwork was done to rip his life savings away he had passed (7 months)

I vowed then to ensure It wouldn't happen to my cousins so my PM purchasing began.

They know why it's not in the will and know which lake I lost them all in due to a tragic boating accident. ;)

Same here. I moved to half sovereigns and fractional Britannias for ease of resale/barter.

Our rural preps are so different to what most do on here. Today we made the birthing pens ready as our goats are due to start kidding next week. Looking forward to replenishing our stored milk, making and storing more cheese, adding to our meat stocks and attempting to tan the resulting hides.

Re sovereigns,
This was mainly a hedge against inflation, but it’s takes your savings out of sight,
best spread your buying and pay cash ;) .

Solar charge from a 100w panel (additional mc4 to xt60 cable needed )

Can mains charge from flat in about 1 hour

Or car charge takes about 2.5 hours from memory

Got this for £166 last summer in the Argos sale
