104%. China's average tariff figure, reported to the WTO, was 7.5%.
Re: Do you have a SIPP or Direct Investments
Just been into town to get my ISA statement updated, had a surprise on the amount of interest sitting there.
Bonus.
20 questions later to withdraw my own money and surprise from the teller when I said I was buying precious metals I walked away with a full wallet.
Onto Atkinsons' to have a browse around.

Two is one and one is none, but three is even better.
Re: Do you have a SIPP or Direct Investments
A question to you investors in SIPPs or stocks and shares ISAs:
I was reviewing the stocks and funds my SIPP's and ISA's hold with a view to some rebalancing, and I note that I have significant Cash there, uninvested ( earning peppercorn interest )
SO..... Can anyone recommend either a great and simple fund research tool for me to shortlist from, or, more bravely, suggest some actual fund or funds. I'M not seeking Financial Advice. I'm just canvassing opinions about tools available, which I will NOT rely on.
The sort of opinions I seek are comparisons of Hargreaves Lansdown's Wealth list of funds, compared say to iii's analysis tools, or motley fool's or maybe Trustnet.com's fund performance league tables.
I'll do my own research based on my own situation and my own preferences.

I use Vanguard. Their LifeStrategy funds are good as you can balance Risk vs Return.
