Re: Hello all
Well I'm a horrible example and a disgrace to the forum. After living 300m up in the hills in southern Scotland for 30 years with calor gas and coal, we've decamped to a cosy warm clean flat in a wee rural town. Discovering the heady delights of shops and cafes. With cake. My god I'm enjoying it

And enjoy it you should! I have health troubles and at times I'll admit it would be much easier in a modern house with everything laid on. But while I can live like this I will... at least I'm well supplied if I'm under the weather for a while!
That's part of what fascinates me about prepping. All situations are different, be it a smallholding or a flat above a shop in a city, there will always be some level of prepping possible, and carrying that out as best as possible in the circumstances is part of the interest. We are a problem solving species after all!
