I have a reasonably normal diet.
I do blood tests regularly fpr PHe & Tyr.
I also have Diabetes (T2) & another large number of related complications (there are over 130 complications of PKU)
I have around 20ish issues incl. Psoriasis, Epilepsy etc

I have a large pile of various foods & a water filter (Zerowater) as well as purification tabslets
It sounds like you’re managing quite a lot, and it’s impressive that you’re staying on top of regular Phe and Tyr monitoring while also dealing with Type 2 diabetes and other complications. PKU alone requires careful attention to diet and supplements, so balancing that with additional conditions like psoriasis and epilepsy can’t be easy.

Having a stock of suitable foods and access to clean water through a filter and purification tablets seems like a smart way to stay prepared as well. Hopefully that gives you a bit more control over your daily routine.

Wishing you the best with your ongoing management—staying consistent with monitoring and diet makes a big difference over time.

NOTE.

The US are telling people to stockpile various items.
UK Pharmacists are telling Wes Streeting (I think is him) we need to worry about meds.
The UK 3 or 7 day food waring is far too short. Yiu need months or even years )some haven't the space).
Cat food (or dog etc) is also gonna be shirt due to climate.
Remember the potato is one thing we are (usuallyyr OLDER than I ) self-sufficent in. The rain may affect harvest.
Trump was being rather silly in starting thsi war duing this season (Agriculture wise). It was likely the wrst time to do it.
Oil is used for all sorts. Plastic, meds, fertiliser, distributing everything, travel, all sorts.
Grow things in your garden if you can. I can't as my garden is so sloped I can't reach the bottom. Its gonna be difficult to grow things on a slope. Its a serious slope.
Purslain has omega 3 (a veg that has more than many fish.
We have very little spare gas. Australia has under 3 weeks of fuel.
Things are getting serious.
AI says the UK has no wartime stockplie of maeterials only reserves of troops. Perhaps they are suggesting cannibalism?? (LOL).
Many other things come from the Gulf .
We may end up with a 3 day week again. Some countries are already doing covid style work from home.
Keep your eyes on yhe news.
There are shortages in many areas but not all areas. There are shortages of some types of items in most/all supermarkets (my mum said).I can't go to such places myself.

Many EU countries have been issuing prepping advice for a few years, but The UK and US have tended not to. We on this group are well ahead of the curve :)
The UK 3 or 7 day food warning is far too short. You need months or even years )some haven't the space).
Obviously we cannot live on stashed reserves forever, so many of us store a few months worth with the intent of using it to buy some time. It's a no-brainer anyway as a decent extended pantry is useful in so many scenarios and can be virtually free.
Cat food (or dog etc) is also gonna be short due to climate.
Short and getting more expensive.
Remember the potato is one thing we are (usually OLDER than I ) self-sufficient in. The rain may affect harvest. Anything I grow is a bonus and practice for an agrarian SHTF future.

No argument with any of that.
