So far, three days in, and hottest day hopefully over, I'm using under 0.4 kWh per hour over 24 hours. This is half of what I used in the last heatwave. I'm running it 1 degree higher. I have it set to 25, and my room's about 23.5.

Good question. This is something that is a personal decision, and something people can research. People who live in hot places and can afford A/C generally have it. Also, bear in mind we have higher humidity than many places. And our homes are not built with 30+ heat in mind.

Personally I am only cooling my room from 28-29 to 23.5 so I can sleep, but it also makes the days a lot more comfortable.

Same as you do on your week long holiday
Two is one and one is none, but three is even better.
