"drizzle of truffle oil and some fresh parmezan and black pepper. Or linguini with king prawns and pomodorino tomatoes with some chilli oil."
Erm... What is she talking about, anybody ?
Prawns I know. They are seafood and seafood makes me throw up.

Re: DIET
High protein, eating every 3 hours. No bread, no dairy, minimal suger including natural sugar, only complex carbohydrates, none after 1pm.
I take vitamin C, B, multivitamin, omega complex, I also take Glucosamine. (super dose everything but the stuff that will damage my body i.e. A) and I have porridge within an hour of waking up.
Then I eat Chicken/Turkey/Fish and veg/salad every three hour until I go to sleep. I also tend to have a protein shake three hours after breakfast, instead of a meal.

Re: DIET
It's all a personal thing isn't it. The GP who brought me into the world always said everything in moderation. I have followed his advice all my life. I have been vegetarian but missed meat. I was/felt equally healthy on both diets.

Re: DIET
I like stuff that I've made and tend towards mediterranean food . It used to be lots of stews based around meat, but these days I eat little meat (its expensive) and I've learned more about vegetable tagines/cous cous/sweet potatos/squashes. I make a lot of soups too and I like fish. I'm not a big pasta fan (gawd knows why I've half a cupboard of the stuff!). I try and avoid refined salt/sugar and processed food.

Re: DIET
I'm struggling with ME, had this over 9 years now & find it so hard to stay cheerful. I feel like I've got permanent flu and is getting me down. So I was reading about diet and health.. and that made me think of how things might go downhill for the NHS etc. I suppose there isn't one set diet that's perfect.
