I have always been a bit of an odd character in terms of my outlook. I have always been of the opinion that our political masters will eventually ruin the country to the extent that eventually it will break down.
When will the people of the UK learn that it gets us all nowhere keep voting for the failed 3 main parties? They are all the same - anti British. Our failed bankrupt version of democracy goes like this - Lab, Con, Lab, Con, Lab, Lab, Lab, Con and so on..... Last week I bumped into a lovely old lady in the chemist who was very proud of the fact that her parents voted Tory and she has always done so. I don't get it...
Although I'm not really interested in politics, it does have a bearing on the situation we find ourselves in currently and a need to prepare for the worst.
I would like to prepare for the day when the country descends into anarchy something which I'm confident will happen very soon.
In my sparetime I hunt with shotgun and rifle (.22LR/.17HMR). I possess both a firearm licence and shotgun licence. I am also a radio ham (G4)(although I have let my licence lapse). I still possess all my radio equipment (144Mhz, 430 Mhz and full HF). I served in the TA (Infantry) for 6 years where I learnt various survival skills etc.. I suppose this gives me a headstart on some?
I have a large double garage (20ft x 20ft) which I am in the process of installing shelving.
As for everything else I need to do, I have no idea, hence this registration.
