Bought a goodly amount of my favourite spices for long term storage.
I'm hoping Mylar is Vanilla proof!

Completed my EDC keying and one for the wife.
Got some waterproofs for the BoB

Not bad for a slow week :)

Now its a question of getting structured with what I have got.

Practice slingshot every night (am still increasing in proficiency bit by bit using my different shooting styles)

Buy food when I can afford it (going to add another 5 Kg rice tomorrow plus some lentils)

Add to hardware for solar when I can

Add to general could-be-useful-at-some-point stuff (torches etc) when I can.

Learning how to knit (I know, men knitting what on earth are you talking about? Well, men need clothes / blankets / hats / scarves / you-name-it too and knitting is probably the best low entry cost clothing / cloth creation technology that there is. Thankfully I don't believe in a "fall", otherwise I would have to research making underwear too . . . How many preppers invest time into learning how to make pants, knickers and all the rest? Unless in a "post fall" world all the men wear kilts with nothing under them and the women don't wear knickers under their dresses? Linen making technology will have to wait!!

Bought up a handful of cold cures. not because I have a cold, but because January and February are around the corner.

Nick, knitting used to be mens' work in some places in some times - knitting guilds were for men. Women often spun while men knitted or wove. I think it's good to learn things like that.

As to undies. there are a lot of people in the prepping world who are stocking up either on completed items or the materials for making them. ;)
