And wet as a sponge looking at the amount of wet days they get each month, seems to average about 25 days rain/drizzle a month giving between 2" and 6" but averaging 5" of rain per month . Couldn't find much info on Sunshine hours per month though, but average temps of 14c in June and 16c in July don't bode well for a good growing season

Nice and cheap though, so good to make a few bucks on a buy to let for someone
