Hi Chris and welcome.
I love Home Farmer magazine and talk regularly to Mike R who does a lot of writing for it. (He has a Facebook group for cooking stuff if you are interested, and Home Farmer has a nice FB page too.) I'm just in a house in town but do as much as I can in my back garden.
Commiserations on the chickens - last May we lost 7 of our 11 chickens due to a fox attack while we were on holiday. It was heartbreaking. Now we are back up to 10.
Enjoy your time here on the forums, iit's nice here.
