Nearly finished my can storage, pics on the way.

Sourced a 500ltr water storage that will fit the space I have allocated so getting that ordered.

Need to do a stock check and get supplies sorted into allotted new spaces.

Managed to unexpectly sell some 'stuff' at a higher price than anticipated so will be able to do a bigger shop this week than I was planning. Good times.

Looking for a cheap ladies bike to start using for the smaller trips out and about.

Will be attending a TransitionGloucester event with a plan to get involved. There is a barter market coming up soon.

Had a lovely morning in the back yard sowing veggie seeds with family and friends. Next Sunday we'll all go round to do the same at someone else's house!

Dug up a massive fuschia and a rose bush from my front square of garden, and then dug over the rest of it readying it up for stage 2 - turning it into a herb garden with a few salad veg thrown in as well. Didnt take long for one of my neighbours to wander over to see what we were up to  he said it was a shame as the fuschia was lovely......

Bought us a new luxury pile carpet and a new huge leather suite. I'm prepping for my old age, I want to watch TSHTF in comfort  No point in having savings now.

Bought some walking onions - all part of my campaign to plant perennials in my garden that look like weeds to the great unwashed hordes - but which are actually edible.

Put a bunch of Jerusalem Artichokes in last year. No plans to eat them any time soon. They can just sit there looking like weeds til I need them. Multiply like mice they do. Keep well in the ground over winter too....

Lot of Rhubarbs going in too. They are going cheap at B+Q ... £1 and a bit each.

I'm not quite there yet, so it's still an extra tin of this and extra box of that on a shopping trip.

Sowed some seeds, sorted out the raised bed and hung some netting for climbing peas.

Planted early potatoes in sacks/pots.
Prepared seed beds for planting leeks/peppers/chillis in lean too (large rear, south facing, porch)
Dug the garden then rotorvated.... collapsed in a heap with chronic back pain to write this! (only joking :D )
