trying to stick with my wii fit regime to get myself fit ish so that going catapult hunting for ages in the woods in the summer wont be too knackering. Doing 750 Kcal per session and 4 - 5 sessions a week now. mainly jogging (did 3 X 30 min sessions plus all the rest being muscular exercises leading to just shy of 2 and 1/2 hours total exercise clocked on its exercise clock not on mine).

OH has been making the most of the sunshine today and has dug over 4 of our 7 raised beds. I have planted my first row of carrots :) .
It's good to be out in the garden in the sun..... :)

Tomorrow is the weekend,so I have time to start sowing vegetable seed in the greenhouse. Also I am making space to deal with a couple of tons of firewood midweek. My coalman told me to start stocking up on coal and logs,"Because the Middle East doesn't look good"says he.

Well, I think more and more people are beginning to worry. I think a call to my 'cash in hand' log supplier is in order this week. OH has only just finished splitting and stacking the last lot..
Veg seeds in greenhouse start next week.

Solid fuel is BETTER than money in the bank right now. It only goes up in price, and you have to have it. Like food. My job finishes soon and those stacks of fuel and all that grub will take the sting out of what is likely to be a lower paid job.
It makes you feel good to see your stash, secure and safe.

I am currently testing all the types of chocolates and biscuits currently stored, and seeing if new types make "the grade". It is important work and someone needs to be responsible for it :D
