STRATFOR on personal security

STRATFOR is a private sector intelligence and geopolitical analysis firm. It counts many governments and firms among its clients and is notoriously close to the US federal government.

While mooching around their website I came across eight articles, published for general public consumption in 2011, regarding personal security while travelling, staying in hotels, mitigating the threat of street crime etc.

They seem pretty good and comprehensive, at least for those who haven't done much reading in this area before. At the least they're good for a reminder on the little things.

While we're all preparing for TEOTWAWKI, my opinion is that this kind of thing is of great practical use day-to-day.
