Hi and welcome! Glad you have started on the road to being prepared for various things. For me, it feels good to know that I am doing what I can to keep my family and myself safe and comfortable when problems occur (most anyway).

Thats fantastic, i am looking into comms atm.

Im looking at getting a juiced up cb for local comms but i dont think i will reach out to far due to being in the medway valley. Ham is looking way to expensive atm. Any advice you can give me on getting a good but cheap 2nd hand system would be very much appreciated.
