Taken delivery of a Vacuum Sealer, just used it to seal and freeze down about a weeks worth of meat in meal sized packages as a guard against shortages from tanker strikes. Also put a couple weeks worth of milk in freezer.

While I was at Asda buying meat and milk I grabbed some tinned meat & tinned veg to start a longer term food store. Haven't planned this out yet, but I figure as long as I have a mix of protein and veg and its edible I have a base to build on.

Over the weekend I plan to reorganize the cupboard under the stairs to give more room for storage. Aiming for a trip to Aldi at some point too.
