Thanks for this - I have seen it before when searching about 6-9 months ago - but did not keep the website in my 'favourites' it was good to read it again - and a reminder I really do need to stock wheat (a BIG hole in my preps).

I'd quite like to get into pressure canning but it always shockingly expensive to get a pressure canner as most come from the US. I know you can use a pressure cooker and rig something to keep the glass of the bottom but they always seem less heavy-duty, smaller and less safe.
